Before and aftercare tips for effectiveness of the treatments:
Drink plenty of distilled water before and after the treatment (one to two liters). Avoid soft drinks, sodas, caffeine drinks like coffee, alcohol drinks, and juice in a box. Also, dairy products like cheese, yogurt, or milk.
Use dry skin brushing daily to stimulate lymph movement and circulation (our therapist will show you how to use it). Exercise for at least 20 minutes after your treatment to stimulate the lymphatic system.
